Images supplied to clients by Oceanwide Images Stock Picture Library do not contain this water mark.

The use of an image constitutes a licensing rights agreement issued by Oceanwide Images Stock Picture Library that must be signed by both parties. Reproduction rights for image use is not granted until the image licensing invoice is paid in full.

You agree to indemnify and hold Oceanwide Images Stock Picture Library, and the photographer, harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages costs and expenses arising from the use of an image or any breach of this agreement.
